Your CRM does not talk to your accounting software. Your website form ends up re-typed into a spreadsheet. Someone spends every Friday afternoon reconciling two systems that should have agreed all week. We close those gaps.
The problem
If two or more of these are true, this is the service you want.
What you get
Before any code, we document the workflow as it really runs — including the undocumented workarounds people have invented. This is usually where the largest savings are found.
Connecting the platforms you already pay for, so records created in one appear correctly in the others without anyone copying them.
Approvals, notifications, scheduled jobs, document generation and hand-offs that fire on their own instead of waiting for someone to remember.
Keeping records consistent across systems, with clear rules about which source wins when two disagree — the question most integrations skip.
When two systems have no sensible way to talk, we build the layer between them, with proper error handling and retries rather than a fragile script.
Older software that still works but cannot integrate can usually be wrapped rather than replaced. Cheaper, and far less disruptive.
Process
Automation projects fail when they are scoped from a conference room instead of a desk. Ours start by watching the work happen.
01
We sit with the people who actually do the work, not just the manager describing it. The two versions are rarely identical.
02
We start with the single workflow costing the most time or causing the most errors, so the value shows up early.
03
The automation runs alongside the manual process until you trust it. Nothing gets switched off on faith.
04
We watch it in production, with alerts when something fails, because integrations break quietly when an upstream system changes.
05
Once the first one is running, the second is much cheaper. Most clients work through their list over time rather than all at once.
Anything with a repeatable rule. If a person follows consistent logic to decide what happens next, that logic can usually be encoded. What cannot be automated is genuine judgement — and we will tell you where that line sits in your process.
Usually not, and we would rather you did not. Most of our integration work involves keeping systems you already pay for and connecting them properly. Replacement is a last resort, not an opening position.
There are usually other routes — database-level integration, scheduled file exchange, or controlled browser automation. Less elegant, but they work. We will be straight with you about the trade-offs and the maintenance burden.
A single well-defined workflow is typically weeks rather than months. Wider programmes take longer, which is exactly why we start with one and let it prove itself.
In our experience it is the opposite: the work that gets automated is the work nobody wanted, and staff get moved onto things that need a human. Worth saying clearly to your team early, because the fear is real and it will slow adoption if it is ignored.
Bring the workflow, the spreadsheet, or the system nobody wants to touch. We will tell you what is possible before anyone signs anything.
