Most businesses do not have a software problem. They have a gap problem — the same data re-typed into four places, an export here, a copy-paste there. We close those gaps with automation, integration and software built for how you actually work.

What we do
We are not a general agency that will attempt anything. These are the areas where we have shipped real systems and can be held to it.
Connect the systems you already run and retire the manual steps between them.
Web and mobile applications built for how your business actually works.
Production platforms you can license today instead of building from scratch.
A CRM your team will actually use, wired into the rest of your stack.
Managed hosting, monitoring, backups and patching so nothing quietly rots.
Proof, not promises
Five production systems across four industries. Each one started as a client’s operational headache and became software other organisations now license.
Barangay management platform for local government units — resident records, document requests and certificate issuance. Live and in daily use at Barangay Poblacion, Liloan, Cebu.
Online appointment booking for clinics: schedules, patient-side reservations, confirmations and reminders, with the front desk kept in control of the calendar.
Passenger and rolling-cargo reservations for Philippine inter-island operators — manifests, vehicle slots and ticketing built for local operating requirements.
Student enrolment, sectioning, records and registrar workflows for schools — designed for institutions still running enrolment week on paper.
Purchase requests, canvassing, approvals and purchase orders for construction contractors managing spend across multiple concurrent project sites.
Agencies and consultancies resell our engineering as their own. You keep the client relationship and the invoice; we stay invisible.
How we work
We do not publish price lists, because a package that fits everyone fits nobody. We would rather spend an hour understanding the problem and then tell you honestly what it takes — including when the answer is “you don’t need us for this”.
01
A working session on the process itself — who does what, where the data lives, what breaks. Free, and useful even if we never work together.
02
We write down the current workflow and the proposed one, then scope the smallest build that produces a real result.
03
Short cycles with something you can click at the end of each one. No six-month silence followed by a reveal.
04
Documentation, training for the people who use it daily, and a clear support arrangement. You own the code.
05
Monitoring, backups, patching and improvements. Software that is not maintained quietly rots.
Why the Philippines
Our team is based in Cebu. That means English-native working communication, real overlap with Asia-Pacific and Australian business hours, and an early-morning handover window with the US West Coast.
It also means our rates are lower than an equivalent team in North America or Europe. We would rather you chose us for the engineering, though. Cheap software built badly is the most expensive thing a business can buy.
Yes. We deliver globally and keep phone lines in the Philippines and the US/Canada. Our engineers overlap comfortably with Australian, Singaporean and US West Coast working hours, and we run asynchronously with Europe and the US East Coast.
We start by mapping the process end to end — where data enters, who touches it, and where it gets re-typed. Most engagements begin with one high-friction workflow so you can see the payback before committing to a wider rollout.
No. We price against the problem, not a package. Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation so the quote reflects what you actually need rather than a tier you have to grow into.
Often, yes. We audit the codebase, infrastructure and data model first and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining, refactoring or replacing. We will say so if rescuing it costs more than rebuilding.
Not as a standalone service. We handle the on-page and technical side — site structure, metadata, schema, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing. Link building and long-run content campaigns are better served by a specialist agency.
Bring us the process that eats your week. We will tell you whether it can be automated, what it would take, and what it is likely to cost.
