All I Need I.T. Solutions is a technology company based in Cebu, Philippines. We build automation, integrations and custom software for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets — locally and worldwide.

Who we are

Thirty years of engineering, gathered in one small team

Our engineers have more than 30 years of combined experience in the technology industry — built at other companies, on other people’s systems, long before this business carried our name. That is deliberately the way round we describe it. The company is young; the people are not.

We stayed small on purpose. It means the person who scoped your project is the person who builds it, and the person you call when something breaks at 9pm already knows how it was put together.

We grow through referral and word of mouth rather than advertising. That only works if the last client would recommend us, which turns out to be a very effective quality control mechanism.

These are not posters on a wall. Each one has cost us money at some point, which is roughly how you know a value is real.

Honesty before the sale

If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem for a fraction of what we would charge, we will say so. We have talked clients out of projects. We would rather be the company you come back to than the one you paid once.

Understand the problem first

We do not publish price lists, because a quote written before the problem is understood is a guess with a number attached. We ask questions until we can describe your process back to you correctly.

Build it properly

Anyone can ship something that demos well. We care about what happens in year three — whether it can be maintained, extended and handed to someone new without an archaeology expedition.

The client owns everything

Your code, your data, your infrastructure accounts, your domain. No hostage arrangements, no proprietary lock-in designed to make leaving painful. Stay because the work is good.

Answer the phone

Support that responds is worth more than support that is promised. When something breaks you get a person who knows your system, not a ticket number and silence.

Solve it once

If we build the same thing for the third client, it becomes a product so the fourth one gets it faster and cheaper. That is where every platform we sell came from.
