Partnership
Agencies, consultancies and IT providers resell our development and automation work as their own. You keep the client relationship, the pricing and the invoice. We stay out of sight.
Who this is for
You already have the client and the trust. What you do not have is the capacity, or the specific skill this one project needs.
How it works
Your brand, your contract, your margin. We never approach your client independently, and we are happy to put that in writing before anything starts.
Take us per project, as a retained block of monthly engineering hours, or as a named resource embedded in your delivery team. Whatever suits how you sell.
Documentation, handover notes and client-facing material written in your voice, unbranded, so you can forward them without editing anything.
You talk to the engineers doing the work, not to an account manager relaying it. Fewer translation layers, fewer misunderstandings.
Automation, integrations, web and mobile builds, CRM work, hosting and maintenance. One partner instead of five subcontractors.
Rates agreed up front so you can quote your client confidently without waiting on us to price every enquiry.
Getting started
Most partnerships begin with one small, low-risk piece of work. That is the sensible way to find out whether we are any good.
01
What you sell, where the gaps are, and whether our capabilities line up with your pipeline.
02
Rates, response times, escalation, non-solicitation. Signed before any client work is discussed.
03
Something small and contained, so you can judge the work rather than the sales pitch.
04
Once it is working, most partners move to a monthly block of hours they can allocate as work lands.
Only if you ask us to and introduce us. By default we work through you: your brand on the deliverable, your name in the meetings, your invoice. We are structured to stay in the background.
Most partners give us a channel in their Slack, Teams or project tool and treat us as an internal team. Others prefer a single point of contact and a weekly written update. Both work.
We can join calls under your brand as part of your team. Plenty of partners do this — it builds client confidence and we are comfortable with it.
You do, and by extension your client. We do not retain licence or leverage over work delivered under a partnership agreement.
Yes, routinely. Partnership work is built on the assumption that we do not compete with you for your own clients, and we are happy to have that in writing.
Tell us what your clients keep asking for that you currently have to decline.
