AngBarangayKo — barangay management system
A complete barangay management platform for Philippine local government units. Resident records, household profiling, document and certificate requests, clearance issuance, and the reporting that follows from all of it.
Currently live and in daily use at Barangay Poblacion, Liloan, Cebu — replacing logbooks and loose spreadsheets with a single searchable record system.
Clinic appointment booking system
Online booking built for how clinics actually run. Patients reserve a slot from your site; your front desk keeps control of the schedule, blocks off time, and handles walk-ins without the calendar falling apart.
Automated confirmations and reminders cut the no-show rate, and reception stops spending its morning on the phone rebooking people.
Shipping line booking system
Passenger and vehicle reservations for Philippine inter-island shipping operators. Voyage scheduling, seat and rolling-cargo capacity, passenger manifests, vehicle slot allocation and ticket issuance in one system.
Built around how domestic operators are actually required to work, rather than a generic booking engine bent into shape.
School enrolment & registrar system
Enrolment, sectioning, student records, grades and registrar workflows for schools and tertiary institutions. Designed for institutions where enrolment week still runs on printed forms and a queue in the corridor.
Registrars get a permanent, searchable record instead of filing cabinets, and parents stop queuing for documents that could be requested online.
Construction procurement system
Purchase requests, supplier canvassing, approval routing, purchase orders and delivery tracking for contractors running several project sites at once.
Site engineers request materials against a project budget, approvals follow a defined route instead of a group chat, and management can see committed spend per project without waiting for a month-end consolidation.
Something close, but not quite?
Most of these started because somebody described a process that no existing product handled properly. If your industry has the same shape of problem, the groundwork underneath these platforms is often 60–70% of the answer already.
Are these products or custom builds?
Both. Each one began as a custom build for a specific client and has since been generalised into a platform other organisations can license. You can take it as-is or have us adapt it to your workflow.
Are they available outside the Philippines?
The platforms are built around Philippine operating requirements — barangay document formats, DepEd-shaped school records, local shipping line practice. The underlying software travels; the local rules would need reworking, which we are happy to scope.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. We can deploy into your own infrastructure or run it as a managed service on ours. Which makes sense usually comes down to whether you have someone in-house to look after it.
How long does a rollout take?
It depends far more on your data than on our software. Getting existing records cleaned and migrated is normally the long pole, not the deployment itself. We scope that explicitly rather than discovering it halfway through.
