General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the provision of services by All I Need I.T. Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). These T&C serve as a general guideline, and the final terms of service will be specified in the Work Order and Contract Service Agreement signed between the Company and the Client.
1. Scope of Services
We provide IT solutions, including but not limited to website development, custom web applications, mobile app conversion, API integration, GHL setup, and digital marketing services (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, GBP account management). The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each project will be outlined in the Work Order and Contract Service Agreement.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 One-Time Services

The standard payment structure for one-time services is 30-50-20:

30% upfront upon signing the Work Order.

50% upon project milestone completion (as agreed upon in the contract).

20% upon final delivery and approval.

Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
2.2 Monthly Subscription Services

Clients subscribing to our monthly services must provide a 14-day written notice for cancellation.

Clients must pay for the active month’s subscription before the cancellation takes effect.

Any prepaid but unused months may be refunded at the Company’s discretion, following standard industry practices.
3. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and IT services, work already completed is non-refundable.

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution before any refund consideration.

Subscription services can be canceled with 14 days’ notice, and unused prepaid months may be refunded as per our refund policy.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, access to necessary accounts, and required content for project completion.

Any delays caused by the Client may impact the project timeline without affecting the agreed-upon payment schedule.
5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property (IP) created under a specific contract will be defined in the Work Order and Contract Service Agreement.

Typically, once full payment is received, the Client is granted rights to the deliverables, except for proprietary tools or frameworks developed by the Company.
6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive business information shared during the course of the project.
7. Liability & Indemnification

We provide our services on an as-is basis and are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue due to service disruptions.

Clients agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from misuse of delivered services.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as defined in the specific Work Order and Contract Service Agreement.

The Client remains liable for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if necessary, escalated to arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.
10. Amendments & Updates

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these general Terms and Conditions. Final terms will always be outlined in the respective Work Order and Contract Service Agreement.
